Buddleja ‘Butterfly Tower Magenta’

Just coming to its peak and flowering this week is Buddleja ‘Butterfly Tower Magenta’. This is a great plant for a smaller garden or even large patio pot as the habit is columnar.

This particular example is a 4 year old plant. It can be lightly trimmed at the end of each season but not cut back too severely. It's flower spikes will extend to 30cm in length.
