Beautiful White African Lily

The Agapanthus 'Mi Casa' is a beautiful white African Lily. The plant is very strong and produces sturdy white flowers on 80cm long stems.

These flowers are suited as cut flowers. Agapanthus 'Mi Casa' likes sunshine, not only as a hardy perennial in the garden, but also on the terrace in a container. In 2017 this Agapanthus was introduced to the Van Vliet New Plants collection and proved very successful.

Additional Agapanthus in the van Vliet New Plants collections incude Agapanthus 'Golden Drop' (above) which is one of the few very compact varieties. It was introduced at the Chelsea flower show 2012 and is unique for its yellow edged leaves.

The plant is hardy and can also be used as a perennial for bed edging. With its light blue flower heads, the plant grows up to a height of 30 cm. In 2017 this Agapanthus was described as a plant with a lot of potential.

Truly Unique Flowers

Agapanthus ‘Sarah’ (PBR) has flowers which are truly unique (above). A soft-pink to lavender-pink picotee flower. Agapanthus 'Sarah' reaches a height of about 60 cm. Once open, the flowers will reposition themselves to upright, which is unique for Agapanthus.
