Bernhard’s Enjoy Success at Chelsea!
Bernhard’s Nurseries have supplied multiple award-winning gardens at this year’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show and have lots more in the pipeline.
Bernhard’s Nurseries have ramped up production for show gardens this year, with the addition of Lewis Normand to the team focusing on developing this sector. The 50-year-old nursery business is producing for over 20 show gardens and trade stands across all of the major UK shows in 2018 and looking to expand further on this in 2019 and beyond.

On top of that, two 5-star trade stands were supplied in the form of Alitex and Hartley Botanic and a Chelsea Fringe display for Covent Garden and Perennial designed by Kenny Raybould, Darran Jaques and Gillian Goodson.
Production for Show Gardens
Bernhard’s Southern Sales Manager Lewis Normand said, ‘We’re really enjoying production for shows, despite a tricky year with the weather. The whole team is behind this and I think it shows in the quality of the plants and service we’re offering. We’re delighted with the result at Chelsea and now looking to RHS Chatsworth for our next delivery.’
General Manager John Marsden added, ‘We’re a family business and it shows in the way we work together. Everyone wants our production for shows to work well, and is working hard for continued success in the remaining shows this year. We are developing more space specifically for show plant production and inviting designers to contact us regarding upcoming projects that they are undertaking.’
